What data we collect
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company name, website URL, message content, and your consent confirmation. We use this data only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial discussion about our services.
Email and direct messages
If you email us or write through another channel you choose, we process the personal data contained in that correspondence for the same purpose: answering you and managing the relationship.
Technical and usage data
Our hosting provider may automatically log standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. If we enable analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent before using non-essential cookies.
Legal bases and purposes (KVKK)
Under KVKK, we process personal data for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes. For contact enquiries, processing is based on your request to enter into a potential contract or take steps prior to a contract, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Where we rely on consent (for example, the contact form consent checkbox), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We do not sell personal data.
Processors and third parties
We use Formspree (or a successor form delivery provider) as a processor to receive and relay contact form submissions to our inbox. Formspree processes the form fields you submit on our behalf under its own terms and privacy documentation. We also use hosting and email infrastructure providers that may process technical or communication data as processors.
Google Maps may load when you view the map embed on the contact page. Google may collect technical data according to its own policies when that embed is displayed.
Personal data may be transferred outside Turkey when a processor hosts infrastructure abroad. Where required, we take steps consistent with KVKK transfer rules and rely on appropriate contractual and organisational measures.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use strictly necessary cookies required for security and basic operation. We do not currently run advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics cookies or similar technologies, we will disclose them here, explain their purpose, and request consent where the law requires it.
Retention
Contact form and email correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business records, typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for a contract, dispute, or legal obligation. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's rotation practices, usually for a shorter operational window.

Subject to legal limits, you may request to:

- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in KVKK
- Request notification of correction or deletion to third parties
- Object to processing that results in an unfavourable outcome through automated systems
- Request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you should review the revised policy.
