By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or instruct us to begin work.
1. Parties
"We", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of linkbuildingturkey.com. "You" and "client" refer to the individual or organisation using the site or purchasing services. Our contact details are hello@linkbuildingturkey.com and Tekstilkent Cad. No:12, 34235 Esenler / İstanbul, Türkiye.
2. Services
We provide Turkish-market link building and related content placement services. Typical work includes prospect research against your criteria, sample and qualifying lists with metrics and pricing, native Turkish article writing, outreach and submission to publishers you approve, and reporting via a shared Google Sheet. Exact scope, volumes, metrics, timelines, and fees are set in a written proposal, order form, or email confirmation before work starts.
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or AI-answer citations. Link building is one factor among many. Results vary by niche, competition, site quality, and time.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate briefing criteria and destination URLs
- Review sample and qualifying lists in a timely manner
- Approve or reject publishers before publication
- Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply
- Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule
Nothing publishes without your sign-off when the engagement follows our standard approval workflow. Delays in approval may delay delivery timelines.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are based on the publishers and volumes you approve, unless a different commercial model is agreed in writing. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice or proposal. Late payment may pause ongoing work. Taxes applicable under Turkish or other relevant law may be added where required.
5. Publisher relationships and content
Publisher acceptance, editorial guidelines, and timelines are outside our sole control. We hand-vet domains and filter thin sites, PBNs, and manipulated metrics to the best of our ability, but third-party sites can change after placement. If a live link is removed for reasons outside our control, we will discuss reasonable remedial options as set out in the relevant proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed, articles are written in Turkish by our copywriters. You may request shorter or longer lengths. Brand mentions and anchors are placed naturally within editorial constraints.
6. White-label engagements
For agency white-label work, we operate under your brand as agreed in writing. You remain responsible for your end-client relationships, contracts, and compliance. Your clients should not be directed to contact us unless we agree otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
Website design, copy, and branding on linkbuildingturkey.com remain our property. Upon full payment for a placement engagement, you receive the usage rights needed for the delivered articles and links as described in the proposal. You may not scrape, resell, or republish our prospect lists outside the agreed engagement without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Each party should treat non-public business information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only to perform the agreement, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no fault of the receiving party.
9. Acceptable use of the website
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malware, scrape content at scale, or use the contact form for spam. We may suspend access that threatens security or fair use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the site or our services. Our total liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from materials you supply, destinations you nominate, or instructions that violate third-party rights or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
12. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the proposal or by written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure within a reasonable period. Sections that by nature should survive (fees owed, IP, confidentiality, liability) continue after termination.
13. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of İstanbul shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes to active client engagements will be communicated as required by the relevant agreement.
